Myloandetails.com you will abide to the rules and regulations and Privacy policy
of Myloandetails.com. Your account will be provided with space to update the
details of your customers and to provide them the value added services which
Myloandetails.com offers. |

Myloandetails.com is just a facilitator and does not take any liability of the
relation which develops by using this site. |

DSA’s will abide to the laws of land and disclose any information needed to the
legal authorities under special circumstances which is a mandatory. |

All the DSA’s registered at Myloandetails.com will provide online status to
their customers of Myloandetails.com and maintain transparency in the
transactions. |
|
There should be no cash transaction between the DSA’s and the customers and an
issue raising of which myloandetails.com is not responsible. |
|
If any DSA’s indulge in illegal and fraudulent activities, DSA’s will be removed
from the data base and will attract legal proceedings. |
|
DSA’s will not share or rent the data provided by Myloandetails.com to serve the
needs of customers to any third party, doing which will penalise and result in
legal proceedings. |

DSA’s and customers using this site are responsible for the privacy of their
account and do maintain it by not revealing the user Id’s and passwords to any
body. |

The account will be terminated at any point of time if we find there are
unauthorised posts and data transfers happening under any user id. |
